Welcome to Inudoki. By accessing or using inudoki.com, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1) Store & Account

• You must be at least 18, or use the site under supervision of a parent/guardian.
• Keep your account details secure. You’re responsible for activities under your account.

2) Products & Pricing

• We try to display product information (descriptions, ingredients, usage) accurately. Minor variations in packaging or colour may occur.
• Prices are shown in SGD and may change without notice. Promotions may have separate terms.

3) Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., availability, suspected fraud).
• Payment methods include those shown at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayNow, PayPal). By paying, you confirm you’re authorised to use the method.

4) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to locations shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure the address provided is accurate.

5) Returns & Refunds

Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. In short, unopened items in resalable condition may be exchanged or credited within the stated timeframe. For hygiene reasons, opened grooming products and supplements cannot be returned unless faulty.

6) Services (Daycare & Boarding)

• Bookings may be handled by a third-party app or via our interest/booking form. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
• You’re responsible for providing accurate pet information and complying with health/safety requirements.

7) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, or to transmit harmful code.
• Do not attempt to interfere with site security or other customers’ use of the site.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to Inudoki and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without written permission.

9) Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our products are intended for pet use only as directed. If your pet has known allergies or medical conditions, consult a veterinarian before use. Stop use if irritation occurs.

10) Warranties & Liability

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here. Inudoki will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Inudoki harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

12) Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment providers, analytics, booking apps). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

13) Changes to the Site & Terms

We may update products, prices, and site content at any time. We may also update these Terms—please check the “Effective date.” Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
