Getting Ready for Your Dog’s Stay

Prepare your dog for a comfortable stay at Inudoki with the right essentials and documents. Here’s what to know before check-in. This guide outlines our requirements, what to bring along, and how to make the transition smooth for both dogs and pawrents.

🐾  General Information

Convenient Location & Operating Hours

Located in Singapore with easy access for drop-off and pick-up. Open daily for daycare and boarding, with check-in starting from 9am.

Booking in Advance

Reservations are recommended to secure your preferred dates.

Healthy and Happy Pups

All dogs must be in good health, free from ticks or fleas, and ready for playtime.

Up-to-Date Vaccinations

Ensure your dog’s vaccination records are current before their stay.

Routine and Comfort

We’ll follow your dog’s usual feeding and medication schedule to keep them comfortable.

🐾  Admission Paperwork

Vaccination Records

All dogs must be up to date with core vaccinations before joining daycare or boarding. If your dog is medically unsuited for vaccination, a valid vet memo stating the exemption is required for verification.

Special Needs

Inform us of any allergies, diets, or medical care instructions.

Emergency Contact Information

Provide a reachable contact for any urgent matters during your dog’s stay. This ensures we can act quickly and responsibly for your dog’s wellbeing.

Sterilisation Certificate

A copy of your dog’s sterilisation certificate is required. This helps us maintain a balanced and safe environment for all dogs during play and rest times.

Proof of Ownership

A simple document confirming ownership, such as a microchip record or vet invoice, helps us keep our records accurate and secure.

🐾  What to Pack

Food and Treats

Pack your dog’s regular food and favourite treats to keep their diet consistent and comfortable.

Comfort Items from Home

Bring along a toy, blanket, or item that makes your dog feel secure.

Essentials

Leash, collar, and ID tag are needed for easy check-in and outings.

Medication (if any)

Include any prescribed medication with clear usage instructions.

Grooming Tools

A brush or grooming essentials your dog is familiar with can help maintain their comfort and routine during their stay. We do not provide these tools for hygiene purposes.

What to Expect

It’s natural for dogs to take some time to adjust to a new environment. At Inudoki, our experienced team ensures every pup feels safe and cared for as they settle in. The duration of these signs may range from 1 to 5 days, depending on how your dog responds to new environments. It’s perfectly normal for dogs to experience these symptoms, especially during their first stay. Our team is trained to respond to these challenges and will work closely with you to help your dog feel comfortable and at ease.

  • Hiding or Seeking Quiet Spaces

Some dogs prefer calm corners as they get used to new sounds and faces. We give them time and reassurance until they feel ready.

  • Reduced Appetite (Inappetence)

A slight drop in appetite can happen during the first few days. We’ll encourage gentle feeding and keep you updated.

  • Soft Stools

Minor digestive changes are common with new routines. This usually improves once your dog feels relaxed and at ease.
